Recipe: New England Soy Trail Mix

A healthy, portable snack that includes soy protein, fiber and is rich in antioxidants.

Yield: 4 servings of about ¼ cup each

Ingredients:

¼ cup Roasted soynuts
¼ cup Dry roasted almonds
¼ cup Dried cranberries
¼ cup Dried blueberries
2 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and separate into 4 servings.
