A healthy, portable snack that includes soy protein, fiber and is rich in antioxidants.
Yield: 4 servings of about ¼ cup each
Ingredients:
| ¼ | cup | Roasted soynuts |
| ¼ | cup | Dry roasted almonds |
| ¼ | cup | Dried cranberries |
| ¼ | cup | Dried blueberries |
| 2 | Tbsp | Dark chocolate chips |
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and separate into 4 servings.
