The 7th International Symposium on the Role of Soy in Health and Disease Prevention was held in Bangkok in March, attended by nearly 250 scientists. The Symposium was followed by a workshop on the role of soy in malnourished populations. The meetings presented an excellent opportunity for Western scientists to learn about current Asian research.
