Baked Tofu Steaks Recipe

Ingredients:


14 ounces Firm tofu, drained
1 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Herb seasoning

Cook time:20 minutes
Instructions for Baked Tofu Steaks:

Cut tofu block into 1”x 4” strips. Dip in soy sauce and garlic.

Combine flour and seasonings. Roll steaks into flour mixture.

Place on lightly greased baking pan and bake at 450° F for 15-20 minutes.
