Ingredients:


1 Small red onion, thinly sliced and
 quartered 
1 Naval orange, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Soy oil
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
4 Mixed salad greens, washed, dried
and torn (mesclun, romaine, endive,
and/or red leaf)
Instructions for Mesclun Greens, Red Onion and Orange Salad:

In a small container with lid, mix together the onion, orange, orange juice, oils, mustard, sugar and pepper. Shake well.

Put mixed salad greens in large salad bowl and add ingredients from small container.  Toss well.
