Ingredients:


2 cups Salsa, thick and chunky
3/4 cup Vegetable broth
2 cups Burgers® for Recipes™
(pre-browned all
vegetable protein crumbles)
1 1/2 cups Kidney beans, undrained
2 tablespoons Black olives, sliced
3 cups Cooked rice
Instructions for Mexican Chili and Rice:

Combine ingredients in saucepan, except rice.

Bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve over rice.
