Instructions for Pumpkin Bread A La Orange: Preheat oven to 325° F. Spray an 8 x 4 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, orange juice, vegetable oil and egg. Stir in sugar. Combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, cloves and ginger. Stir into pumpkin mixture, mixing just until blended. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for one hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for five to ten minutes before removing from pan. Cool again and cut into 15 slices.
