Instructions for Summer Bean & Corn Salad: In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine Italian salad dressing, chili powder, lemon juice and chopped cilantro. Shake to mix well. Place vegetables in large bowl. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate, covered, at least 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with a few sprigs of cilantro.
