Mix pineapple juice, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and corn starch in small bowl; set aside. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium high heat. Add pork, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes until cooked through; remove from pan. Add 2 teaspoons oil to pan. Add tofu and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until lightly browned; remove from pan. Add remaining oil, broccoli and peppers to pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until just tender. Pour pineapple juice mixture into pan. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute until mixture begins to thicken slightly. Add tofu, pork and pineapple. Cook until heated through.
