Ingredients:


13 ounces Frozen SoyBoy® Low Fat Ravioli
1 tablespoon Soy oil 
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
6 ounces Fresh spinach, cleaned and stemmed
1 1/3 cups Prepared spaghetti sauce, heated
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions for Tofu Filled Ravioli with Sautéed Spinach:

Prepare ravioli following package instructions.

Towards the end of the ravioli cooking time, sauté garlic in oil for ½ minute. 

Add spinach; sauté for ½ minute or until slightly wilted.

Divide spinach evenly among 4 plates. 

Top each plate of spinach with about 5 ravioli, 1/3 cup sauce and 1 Tbsp. of cheese.
