Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
Margarine, softened
1⁄2 cup
Roasted soynut butter
1⁄2 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon
Nutmeg
1 cup
Sucanat®
2 units
Large eggs
1 1⁄2 cup
Unbleached white flour
1⁄2 teaspoon
Baking soda
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 cup
Rolled oats
6 ounces
Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions for Chocolate Soynut Butter Oat Cookies

Cream together margarine, soynut butter, cinnamon and nutmeg until light and fluffy.

Add Sucanat® gradually and mix.  Turn off mixer and scrape down bowl.

Beat in eggs, one at a time, and then add ¼ cup water and mix on low speed.

Add flour, baking soda and salt to bowl and blend. Stir in chocolate chips and oats.

Drop onto greased cookie sheet with #100 scoop.

Bake at 375° F about 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
