Chocolate Soynut Butter Oat Cookies Recipe

May substitute equal amount of white sugar for Sucanat®. Nutrient content and taste will change.
Cream together margarine, soynut butter, cinnamon and nutmeg until light and fluffy.
Add Sucanat® gradually and mix. Turn off mixer and scrape down bowl.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, and then add ¼ cup water and mix on low speed.
Add flour, baking soda and salt to bowl and blend. Stir in chocolate chips and oats.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet with #100 scoop.
Bake at 375° F about 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
