![]() Garbansoy Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Instructions for Garbansoy Soup: In medium saucepan, sauté onions, garlic and carrots in oil until tender. Add garbanzo beans, 2 Tbsp. parsley, soy milk, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese. Cool for about 5 minutes. Place in food processor; puree until smooth. (May need to puree in two batches.)
