Ingredients:


2 cups Fresh or frozen green soybeans
1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped 
1/4 cup Green pepper, chopped
1 Large tomato, diced
1/3 cup Low-fat French dressing
Instructions for Green Soybean Salad:

Simmer the fresh soybeans in salted water for 15 minutes or cook frozen soybeans according to package directions.

Combine soybeans, celery, green pepper, tomato, and dressing and toss.
