Grilled Tofu and Vegetable Sandwich

Instructions for Grilled Tofu and Vegetable Sandwich
Combine oregano, thyme, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper; divide in half.
In a large bowl, toss grilled vegetables with half of the seasoning.
Placed grilled pieces of tofu in an even layer on bottom half of bread. Sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
Place vegetables on top of tofu; top with bread.
Cut into six sandwiches. Microwave for 30 to 45 seconds or until slightly warm.
