Quick Pasta Sauce with Soy Crumbles

Ingredients:


26 ounces Non-fat or low-fat red
sauce (tomato and basil or garden
vegetable typically have the lowest
calorie and fat content)
1/2 pound Ground soy crumbles (try Green
Giant Harvest Burger Ready for
Recipes®, found in the freezer
section) 
10 ounces Cut-up colored pepper, frozen Italian seasonings (garlic, onion,
Basil, oregano, etc.)
Instructions for Quick Pasta Sauce with Soy Crumbles:

Heat sauce in medium saucepan. Add peppers and ground soy.

Add fresh or dried Italian seasonings to taste. Cook at medium heat until done.

Serve over choice of pasta, riche or couscous.
