Ingredients:


1 tablespoon Soy oil
1/4 cup Onion, chopped 
1/2 teaspoon Garlic clove, minced
1 cup Salsa, medium heat
2 cups Tomatoes with juice, diced
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
8 ounces Tempeh, crumbled
Instructions for Tempeh Topper or Stuffer:

Over medium heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add garlic; cook ½ minute.

Add salsa, tomatoes, cumin, and tempeh. Simmer 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve over rice, noodles or baked potato. Serve in pita or wrapped in flour tortilla.
