Soy Glow-Up Smoothie
Ingredients

                    - 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
 - 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
 - 1 cup plain or vanilla soy milk
 - 1/2 cup grated fresh carrots
 - 1 scoop (3 tablespoons) vanilla soy protein powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
 
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in a blender on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
 
Recipe may be cut in half or doubled.
